Grid Workflow Management System Research and the Realization Based on the OGSA

Grid applications have evolved from science research to business and manufacture field, in these fields, tasks always process in workflow mode. In order to found a workflow management system in grid , the authors adopt a hybrid grid workflow engine after analyzing the characteristics of grid environment and give a referenced model of workflow management system in grid that is based on the engine. Through the examination, the authors prove the original intention is feasible.     

Context Model Based on 3D Wavelet Coefficients

Based on by typical coding schemes such as EZW,SPIHT, EBCOT,3D-IEZW,3D-SPIHT and 3D-ESCOT,a context model(3D-OWNER) of wavelet coefficients is proposed,which makes use of partial order,self-similarity between subbands of wavelet coefficients and the correlation of neighboring wavelet coefficients.Experimental results show that the model can achieve higher PSNR than 3D-ESCOT.     

Comparison of DC Pollution Flashover Performance of Various Types of Long String Insulators

With the development of EHV/UHV DC transmission projects, it is inevitable to study DC pollution flashover performance of long insulator strings. The DC artificial pollution tests of five types of porcelain and glass insulators have been carried out in the artificial climate chamber. The paper analyzes the relationship between 50% flashover voltage U50 and string length, the relationship between U50 and salt deposit density, flashover voltage gradients and valid creepage distances of DC polluted insulators. Based on the test results of insulator strings of 5 - 23 units, there are linear relationship between the 50% DC flashover voltages and string length. The experimental results show that the pollution flashover performances of various types of insulators are different, and that the pollution degree exponents of polluted insulators are affected ainsulator materials and shapes, whose values are 0.3 to 0.36. Under the same pollution degree, the pollution performances of glass insulators have advantage of those of porcelain insulators with the same configuration and the flashover voltage gradient along creepage distance and valid creepage distances of glass insulators are higher than those of porcelain insulators.     

Parsimonious Covering Probability Model for Turbogenerator Vibration Faulty Diagnosis

The turbogenerator vibration faults have the character of variety. Many faults often occur synchronously. This paper introduces a diagnosing model based on parsimonious covering theory and probability. A model for turtogenerator's fault diagnosis is proposed. The availability of this method is proved by two fault diagnosis examples of turbogenerator. The results show that the model proposed can be used for multi_fault diagnosis together. It may make up shortage for some of expert systems and neural networks in some aspect. From the practice,this model has higher reliability and practicability.     

Parameter Design for the Power Train and Simulation of the Dynamic Performance of Elctrical Vehicle

The method and principle of the parameter design for the power train of EV is explored and discussed,then the parametersof EV. based on SC7101 are reasonably selected.The method of calculating the SOC of Lead_acid battery is provided and the relation among the electromotive force,the interior resistance, the polarized resistance and the SOC are analyzed. The capacity is compensated according to the relation between the capacity and the temperature, which is the basis on which the energy management system is designed and improved. The dynamic model which reflects the dynamic characteristics of the power train is established,then the dynamic performance of the EV based on SC7101 is simulated, and the factors that affect the continuous mileage of EV are analyzed,the measures to increase the continuous mileage are provided.The result shows that the analysis of the electric characteristics of battery and the dynamic model are correct,and the dynamic performance perfectly meets the need of the design target.     

云厚朴SFE-CO2萃取物中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的热稳定性考察

温度是影响云厚朴提取物稳定性的主要因素,本研究考察云厚朴提取物的热稳定性。采用高效液相色谱法,测定云厚朴SFE-CO2(二氧化碳超临界流体萃取)工艺萃取物中的和厚朴酚、厚朴酚在不同温度干燥时的含量变化并得出降解规律,干燥时降解为一级反应,在100 ℃降解较快。采用恒温加速实验,得出SFE-CO2萃取液中的和厚朴酚、厚朴酚室温25 ℃贮存期分别为1 125.6 h和975.7 h。在制剂生产中,云厚朴SFE-CO2萃取物不宜长时间贮存,以减少有效成分损失;由于热不稳定性,高温干燥会导致制剂质量不稳定,降低药效,应在较低温度下干燥。     

葡萄糖氧化酶基因植物表达载体的构建

为进一步开展转基因研究创造条件,用限制性内切酶将葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)基因从pMD/GO载体上切下,定向连接到植物表达载体pROKⅡ的CaMV35S启动子下游和NOS终止子上游,成功地构建了GOD基因植物表达载体pROK/GO。利用冻融法将此表达载体导入根癌农杆菌LBA4404中,提取转化质粒,经PCR和酶切鉴定表明,GOD基因植物表达双元载体构建成功。     

水稻同核异质广亲和不育系细胞质效应的研究

利用同核异质广亲和不育系真系秋光A, 研究3种不育细胞质对杂交稻16个性状的遗传效应. 结果表明: (1) 不育细胞质在结实率、每穗实粒、单株产量、株高4个性状上表现显著的负效应, 在抽穗期、千粒重2个性状上表现显著的正效应, 单株穗数、每穗总粒及8个品质性状不育细胞质效应不显著, 不育细胞质效应与相对效应的分析结果基本     

不同花生品种侧枝发育动态与产量性状研究

花生一级侧枝发育具有不均衡性。第一、二对侧枝出现早，伸长快，其他一级侧枝出现晚，伸长慢。86036－26－1第一、二对侧枝发育相对较早，而其他一级侧枝发育较晚；海花1号和豫花1号第一、二对发育相对较晚，而其他一级发育较快；豫花7号和鲁花9号居中。海花1号一级侧枝及第一对侧枝的二级侧枝数最多，86036－26－1的一级侧枝数及第一对侧枝的二级侧枝数量少。在花针期之前第一对侧枝的伸长与主茎基本同步；花针期之后，第一对侧枝伸长速度超过主茎。86036－26－1的一级侧枝长及株高居首位。86036－26－1第一、二对侧枝饱果率，产量居第一，豫花7号居第二。海花1号虽然荚果数较多，但第一、二对侧枝孢果率较低，产量也较低；鲁花9号居中。
